Hello reader!
Today I thought I’d share a glimpse of our home. For the last year and a half, we’ve been renovating our apartment. Not non-stop of course, the apartment is not that big.
We like to start and finish a project, then wait for a while before we start the next one. When we are in the middle of a project, we’re usually very effective.

We’re closing in on the finish line now, with only the living room left to paint. Hard to decide what color to go for though… We’re trying to have the same theme throughout our entire home, with similar colors and materials.
The last project to be finished was our dining room. We went for a bold wallpaper and dark matching walls all around. It was a bit of a risk, since the wallpaper was quite expensive, but oh my god. We love it so much. So it was definitely a win!
I know it’s not for everyone. But our entire wall turned into an art piece, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Our style is dark, moody, cozy and elegant. We like to mix modern with rustic.
And this apartment has slowly been turning into our home. We are both introverts, but we can’t wait to have visitors over and show our progress.

I’m looking forward to dark evenings in our dining room, eating a nice dinner with lit candles. Having long conversations and/or solving crosswords together. It’s going to be so cozy!
